Data deletion requests

Effective date: January 28, 2026.

Apps that access user data must provide a way for users to request that their data be deleted. Brandients provides instructions below so you can request deletion of data stored in your workspace.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support at support@brandients.com from the address associated with your Brandients account.
  2. Include your workspace name and the platforms you want removed (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok), along with any specific content or analytics data you want deleted.
  3. Our team will verify your request and confirm once deletion is complete.

What we delete

  • Connected account tokens and permissions for the platforms you request.
  • Stored analytics and publishing metadata associated with those connections.
  • Any user profile data tied to the account you ask us to remove, unless retention is required by law or contractual obligations.
