Platform policies
Effective date: January 28, 2026.
These policies explain how Brandients uses the Meta Developers Platform, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok integrations to connect accounts, publish approved content, and surface analytics. By connecting a platform, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to manage the account and the content you publish.
Meta Developers Platform
- We request only the scopes needed to connect Pages or Instagram accounts, schedule or publish content, and read insights that you explicitly authorize.
- Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions you initiate inside Brandients.
- If you revoke access in Meta, publishing and data sync stop immediately and we remove related credentials from our systems.
- We use the LinkedIn API to connect company pages, schedule or publish posts, and retrieve post-level performance metrics.
- We do not sell or share LinkedIn data with third parties, and we do not use it to create user profiles outside the Brandients workspace you control.
- Revoking access in LinkedIn disables posting and analytics sync for that account.
- We connect Google services to verify ownership, sync performance data, and support measurement across campaigns.
- We only access the Google data you grant and keep it within your Brandients workspace for reporting and workflow automation.
- You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings; once revoked, we stop pulling data and remove stored tokens.
TikTok
- We connect TikTok accounts to manage publishing, retrieve scheduling status, and review performance metrics.
- Content remains under your control; Brandients only performs actions that you submit through approved workflows.
- Disconnecting TikTok stops publishing and removes access credentials from Brandients.
Data handling and security
- We minimize data collection, retain only what is required for publishing workflows, and delete data when it is no longer needed for the services you use.
- We use access controls, encryption, and audit trails to protect connected accounts and publishing actions.
- If you need a data export or deletion, contact your Brandients administrator or support.
